At Jennifer Wang The Label, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason your order isn’t the right fit, you may return your item within 30 days of the shipment date for a refund to your original payment method.
Items purchased at a discounted price are eligible for return within 30 days of shipment for store credit only.
Return Eligibility
- Orders purchased with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Item must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Item must not be worn or altered
- Item must be returned with original packaging
- Each order is eligible to be returned one time only
Return Process

- Once your return is approved, ship the item you wish to return back to us at the address below with a tracking number. Please use the courier of your choice or use the shipping label provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
